Take your time. Make them your own.
There’s no need to get everything in place at once. Turn a stem, gently open a leaf, and leave a little room between the flowers. Try a few small changes until you find a shape you enjoy.
With gentle handling and a little care, your flowers can remain a lovely part of everyday life.

Gently find their shape
Support the stem with one hand and gently bend it with the other to adjust how high it sits in your vase and which way it faces. You can also ease the petals and leaves open, giving each flower a little space.

Make small, slow adjustments. Avoid pulling, twisting or repeatedly bending the same spot. If you feel strong resistance, stop rather than force it.
Keep the stems intact
Please do not cut or shorten the stems. Cutting may damage their internal structure, causing the stem or attached components to loosen or come apart.
For a lower arrangement, gently bend the stems, adjust their angle in the vase, or choose a vase that suits the height you prefer.
Keep them out of direct sunlight
Avoid direct sunlight and prolonged sun exposure, which can cause colours to fade and materials to deteriorate.
Choose an indoor spot away from direct sun, where you can enjoy them throughout your day.
No water needed
These are faux flowers. They do not need watering or misting, and should not be immersed in water.
To remove dust, gently use a dry, soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush. Support the stems as you clean, and avoid rubbing firmly or pulling on the petals and leaves.
Yours doesn’t have to look like ours
Our photographs show one way to arrange the flowers. Your vase, the direction of each stem and the spaces you leave will give yours its own character.
